Charlie Parr brought the largest crowd we’ve ever had on The Cedar’s patio two summers ago (well over 250 attended).  This Saturday, he celebrates the release of his House of Mercy gospel record KEEP YOUR HANDS ON THE PLOW.  The concert will feature Four Mile Portage and Trampled By Turtles, Dave Simonett.
