Our music video premiered on Impose Magazine today.

Enjoy!

Carroll is on a roll!  Aside from being on the Local Current’s regular rotation, the recent Macalester College graduates won one of the three coveted spots in Vita.mn’s Are You Local? contest this week. Their debut EP Needs came out just one week ago.

Catch a glimpse of Carroll at The Cedar on Thursday, February 21st when they play at The Cedar along with The Velveteens, Bad Bad Hats, and more.

Dreams taking shape.

Just a little taste of the art installations happening at The Cedar right now for Dream Sequence tonight. You have to see it to believe it!

Introducing: Teenage Moods

It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for! It is our great pleasure to introduce Teenage Moods. Once again our friends at Radio K came through with an awesome video. Appropriately enough, the song captured involves a dream filled with stars, rockets, and the moon.

Teenage Moods will be piloting the rocket through your teenage dreams tomorrow night as they close things down at Radio K and The Cedar’s DREAM SEQUENCE with their unmistakeable brand of positive party and fun ruckus.

Did you get introduced to Gloss? How about Nallo? Have you met Prissy Clerks? Are you ready to meet them all in person tomorrow?!

Introducing: Prissy Clerks

Prissy Clerks is still somewhat new on the scene, but you wouldn’t know it from their resumé. They played SXSW 2012, they’ve shared the stage with the likes of The Corin Tucker Band and Caveman, and their debut album got a nod from NME. Perhaps their history in bands like Total Babe and Red Pens gives them an unfair advantage, but we’re not keeping score. Front woman Clara walks the line between delicate and devastating. They reference the 90s but still sound fresh. And best of all, they will be third in line to conjure teenage dreams at Radio K and The Cedar’s DREAM SEQUENCE on Saturday, February 9. Just watch the video already ;)

Did you get introduced to Gloss yet? How about Nallo? Stay tuned for introductions to the rest of the dream team every day this week.

Introducing: Nallo

What should you know about local band Nallo? They’re the real deal. They rock. They’re prolific. They share a member with local bands IS/IS, Toxic Shrews, Miami Dolphins, and more! And they will be the second band living out teenage dreams at Radio K and The Cedar's DREAM SEQUENCE on Saturday, February 9. This will be a very special four-band bill, featuring some of the best and brightest up-and-comers in the local scene. Additionally, this show will feature DJ Jose Carlos between sets, projections by Shaddow, art installations and more. Nallo stopped by Radio K to record Moth, and we hope you enjoy this video as much as we do.

Did you get introduced to Gloss yesterday? Stay tuned for introductions to the rest of the dream team every day this week.
